## Identify the actual message

A busy-service message, rate limit, login error and account suspension are different conditions. Official service health is global context, not evidence that a particular account can connect.

For an actual suspension, use the official Claude support guidance and its current appeal flow. This website cannot read, restore or appeal a Claude account.

## Protect account information

Do not paste passwords, session cookies, API keys, payment details or full private logs into a diagnostic website. Submit only what the official channel requests, and confirm its domain first.
